However, if you do not want to confirm with credit card details over the internet, please inform the hotel by fax or e-mail and arrange the full payment upon rooms confirmation to the following bank account:

50% of your total cost will be applied upon your credit card as your deposit after you have submitted the Payment Form. Payment of the rest will be made at your check - in time.

Your reservation Request.Form will be promptly answered. Please note that the hotel will hold room(s) for you for 48 hours on requestion form after answering your reservation. The confirmation upon room available has to be made within that period of time otherwise, your reservation details will be deleted. Booking will be confirmed only when the hotel receives your credit card details or full payment.

Cancellation or early check-out should be informed to Phra Nang Inn by Fax. or E-mail 7 days before your arrival date during March to October and 14 days before your arrival date during November to February. As stated in the Cancellation Policy, your credit card would be charged for one night or 50% of your deposit as the cancellation fee.

In case of No Show, all your deposit will be applied.

If cancellation has done seven days before date of arrival, full refund would be manage to the bank process within 14 days. However, please be informed that any fee on refunding arrangement will be charged to your account.
